I ordered one size but they sent me a different one. Kinda frustrating cause now I gotta deal with returning it.

Tried returning something from Umbro way more hassle than expected. Instructions weren’t clear at all, and took ages just to figure out what to do next. Felt like they were making it difficult on purpose. Won’t be ordering directly from them again — not worth the stress if the sizing ends up wrong...

I ordered a pair of trainers from Umbro two weeks ago and they still haven’t shown up. The tracking barely updates, and every time I try to get an answer, nobody can tell me what’s actually going on. Come on now, it shouldn’t be this hard to find out where an order is. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. I’ve emailed a couple of times, but both replies felt like the same copy-paste response. It kind of seems like they’re dragging this out for no reason, especially since they already have the item back. Frustrating experience overall...

I keep checking umbro.com for the sizes I need, but they’re always sold out. I even got a restock email, clicked through pretty much right away, and my size still wasn’t there. It’s frustrating and makes the site feel like a bit of a waste of time to use — though to be fair, I guess it shows the stuff is popular. Still, it would be nice if restocks actually had more sizes available.

I really wanted to like the stuff on umbro.com, but the designs just felt so outdated to me. Browsing through it was like opening a closet from years ago and realizing nothing had really changed. A lot of the colors and fits felt plain and not very modern. I was looking for something simple but still fresh and nice, and unfortunately, this just wasn’t the moment.

I ordered a medium, but it fits more like a tiny small. why is sizing so complicated? Definitely not what I expected...

I bought these Umbro shorts after only two washes the stitching was already starting to come loose. The material feels really thin and kind of cheap, and I was expecting better, especially from Umbro. I mean, they looked fine at first, but then the seams just, yeah, not great. Definitely won’t be ordering them again.

I reached out to customer service expecting at least some kind of response, but I still haven’t heard anything back. From my experience, it feels like support just isn’t very responsive, which is frustrating when you actually need help.

I was just trying to buy a pair of shorts, but the checkout kept freezing right after payment. My cart emptied twice, the discount code disappeared, and there wasn’t even a clear error message, it just sent me back to the basket. After about 20 minutes, I gave up. Save yourself the time and frustration unless they fix their site

I bought a pair of Umbro trainers from their site, i don’t know what Umbro were thinking with these. They looked decent enough online, but wearing them was a totally different story.

The inside feels really hard, and they started rubbing my heel after about an hour of just normal walking. The sizing is weird too, tight in some spots and loose in others, so it’s not exactly something I can just ignore and break in.
I expected better from them, but these are just uncomfortable. I’ve barely worn them and they’re already sitting in the cupboard, which pretty much says it all. Disappointing, to be honest.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but this feels way too expensive for what you actually get now. I used to think it was reasonable, but lately I’m having a hard time justifying the price.

I bought a pair of umbro boots they were pathetic. After just a few games, the stitching near the front started opening up and the sole already felt flimsy. It’s not like I was even using them heavily, so for them to fall apart that quickly is just embarrassing. Really disappointed, I expected way better than this.
